Revolutionizing drug delivery

Traditional drug delivery systems rely on high levels of excipients, which significantly limit the proportion of active pharmaceutical ingredient that can be administered in each dose. This constraint often results in reduced therapeutic efficiency and imposes trade-offs between dosage, safety, and formulation complexity.

Our approach (named Drug AND Delivery) overcomes these limitations by leveraging nanoparticles composed entirely of the therapeutic agent itself. By eliminating inactive carriers, 100% drug loading is achieved, representing a fundamental shift in drug delivery design. This design enables the administration of higher and more effective doses while maintaining precise control over delivery and minimizing formulation complexity.

The technology is inherently versatile and can be engineered to incorporate additional active molecules within the same nanoparticle. This capability enables dual or synergistic mechanisms of action, expanding therapeutic potential and supporting more advanced treatment strategies. As a result, this approach opens new opportunities for enhanced efficacy, improved patient outcomes, and next-generation pharmaceutical development.
